Summer Pricing: (June 1 to August 31st)
Weekday pricing: $254/night for the first 6 people; $10 each additional person. Minimum 2 nights.
Weekend pricing: $284/night for the first 6 people; $10 each additional person. Minimum 2 nights.
Moonbow weekends: $304/night for the first 6 people; $10 each additional person. Minimum 2 nights.
Pricing does not include 10% sales and lodging tax. There is a $65 one-time cleaning fee per rental period. The cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 3 nights or more.
Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend Pricing:
Holiday weekend pricing: $304/night for the first 6 people; $10 each additional person. Minimum 3 nights for a Fri, Sat, Sun rental.
Pricing does not include 10% sales and lodging tax. There is a $65 one-time cleaning fee per rental period. The cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 3 nights or more.
September Pricing:
