Cancellation Policies:

Please refer to cancellation policy that corresponds with your reservation. If you received an invoice via email, the appropriate cancellation policy will be located inside that invoice. If you are unsure of which cancellation policy applies to your reservation, please contact our office and we will be glad to assist you. 

Lodging Cancellation Policies:

Resort Cabins (Star Falls Resort Cabin and Couple Cabins):

• ​Cancellations received 2 months or more prior to the check-in date will be given  a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made 1 month or more prior to the check-in date will be given a credit good for a full year from the original reservation date.
• Cancellation less than 30  days prior will forfeit all payments. Reduction of the number of nights from the original reservation will invoke the cancellation policy for those nights. 

Rustic Cabins and Campground Sites: 
(Covered Wagons, Super Cozy Cabins, Cozy Cabins, Tent camp-sites, RV sites)

• 30 days or more before reservation date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.  
• One week or more before reservation date: First nights stay is a non-refundable deposit, If the reservation is paid in full, the full payment can be applied toward another reservation within one year of the original reservation date, or refund the balance . 
• Less than one week before the reservation date: All payments are non-refundable.
