Campground Site Map

​Resort Cabins -
Star Falls Cabin & couples cabins

Upon booking, our Resort Cabins require payment in full.

Resort Cabins (Star Falls Resort Cabin and Couple Cabins):

• Cancellations received 2 months or more prior to the check-in date will be given  a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made 1 month or more prior to the check-in date will be given a credit good for a full year from the original reservation date.
• Cancellation less than 30  days prior will forfeit all payments. Reduction of the number of nights from the original reservation will invoke the cancellation policy for those nights. ​

Rustic Cabins &
campground sites ​

Upon booking, Rustic Cabins and Campground Sites require the first night's stay as a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due one week before your reservation date.

Rustic Cabins and Campground Sites: 
(Covered Wagons, Super Cozy Cabins, Cozy Cabins, Tent camp-sites, RV sites)

• 30 days or more before reservation date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.  
• One week or more before reservation date: First nights stay is a non-refundable deposit, If the reservation is paid in full, the full payment can be applied toward another reservation within one year of the original reservation date, or refund the balance.
• Less than one week before the reservation date: All payments are non-refundable. ​

Event Rental Spaces

Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date will be eligible for a refund minus 10% processing fee. If the cancellation is made at least 1 week prior to the event date, the payment may be applied to another trip or service that Sheltowee Trace Adventure Resort offers within one year of the original cancellation. Cancellation without 1 week prior notice will forfeit the entire payment. It should be noted that the reservations made at Sheltowee Trace Adventure Resort are for event rental spaces and/or catering services, not reservations for clear weather (those reservations require more resources than are at our disposal). Please plan appropriately.
