Spring 2013 Pricing:
(Now - May 31, 2013, not including holidays) Weekday pricing: $140/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person. Weekend pricing: $160/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person. Pricing does not include 10% sales and lodging tax. There is a $55 one-time cleaning fee per rental period. The cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 3 nights or more. Memorial Day weekend: Memorial Day Weekend (May 24-27): $220/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person. Minimum 2 nights for a Fri, Sat, Sun rental.. Pricing does not include 10% sales and lodging tax. There is a $55 one-time cleaning fee per rental period.
