Star Falls Cabin - Pricing

Spring 2012 Pricing:

Now through May 31, 2012, not including Memorial Day Weekend.

Weekday pricing: $140/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person.
Weekend pricing: $160/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person. Minimum 2 nights for Fri, Sat.

Pricing does not include 10% sales and lodging tax.  There is a $55 one-time cleaning fee per rental period.  The cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 3 nights or more.

 Summer Pricing:
(June 1, 2012 to August 31st, 2012)

Weekday pricing:  $180/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person.
Weekend pricing:  $220/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person.  Minimum 2 nights for Fri, Sat

Pricing does not include 10% sales and lodging tax.  There is a $55 one-time cleaning fee per rental period.  The cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 3 nights or more.

 Summer Holiday Pricing:
(May 25-28,  August 30-Sept3)

Memorial Day Weekend (May 25-28):  $220/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person.  Minimum 2 nights.
Labor Day weekend (August 30-September3):  $220/night for the first 6 people; $20 each additional person.  Minimum 3 nights for Fri, Sat, Sun.
